Shipping Policy

Next Working Day Delivery

 

At IT Monsters, we know you're excited to get your new tech. That's why we offer next working day delivery on all orders placed with us.

 

Orders placed before our cutoff time will be dispatched the same day and delivered to you on the next working day. The cutoff time is 3:00 PM GMT. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched on the next working day.

 

For example, if you place an order at 1:00 PM on a Monday, your order will be delivered to you on Tuesday. If you place an order at 4:00 PM on a Monday, your order will be dispatched on Tuesday and delivered to you on Wednesday.

 

Please note, "working days" are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

 

Order Tracking

 

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can keep an eye on your package's journey.

 

Delivery Address

 

Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate at the time of placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for items that are delayed or not delivered due to incorrect address information.
