IT Monsters Returns Policy

At IT Monsters, we strive for your complete satisfaction with your custom-built computer. Please read our returns policy carefully.

Refunds:

 

  • We are able to offer a refund if the computer is returned to us within 28 days from the date you receive your purchase.

  • To be eligible for a refund, the computer must be returned in the exact same condition as it was sent to you, including all original packaging and accessories.

  • Computers showing signs of damage not present upon dispatch, significant wear and tear, or modification may not be eligible for a full refund.

 

Repair or Replace Policy (Warranty):

 

  • Beyond the 28-day refund period, your custom-built IT Monster computer is covered by our comprehensive repair or replace warranty for up to 1 year from the date of purchase.

  • This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.

  • In the event of a covered issue within this 1-year period, we will provide a free repair service.

  • If, in our assessment, a repair is not possible or economically viable, we will provide a free replacement of the computer.

  • This repair/replace policy does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, unauthorized modifications, or external factors.

 

How to Initiate a Return or Warranty Claim:

If you need to return a laptop for a refund or make a warranty claim for a repair or replacement, please contact our support team at admin@itmonsters.co.uk. We will guide you through the necessary steps.
